Estimate Cost to design and detail is based off square footage pricing. Based on Size and Design, design costs range from .60 SF for basements to 1.75 SF for above grade living space. Total Billed Cost is based on SF measure from exterior walls per floor. Areas that are open to below or stairwells are only figured in for one floor.
