What We Do
At Lifetime Design Company, we offer drafting services to homeowners, contractors and developers. Our mission is making our customer's Dreams our Priority while creating fully customized Permittable Drawing Sets that are builder friendly. We utilize one on one consulting between the customer and the designer to offer the upmost quality and effectiveness.
What's Included
Our objective is to take our clients vision and provide them with a quality drawing set, including a Design Summary Sheet, Foundation Plan, applicable Floor Plans, Exterior Elevations, Building Cross Sections, Applicable Interior Elevations, Roof Plan, Framing Plans, Details and Notes.
Material Lists and Electrical Plans can also be provided, based on individual quote.

One Designer, One Goal
All of our orders are handled directly with Dustin Morrow, the owner and founder of Lifetime Design Company. With over 20 years in the construction industry, Dustin offers the experience needed to get your ideas on paper. Dealing with only one Designer will lend the time and support the client needs to put down on paper what he or she may envision.

Whether it is a Cabin in the Colorado Rockies, a Chalet in the Northwoods of Minnesota, a Shed in Iowa, an Addition to an existing home in Michigan or a beach house on the Gulf of Mexico. Lifetime Design Company wants to be part of your dream.

Future Choices
Lifetime Design Company is working towards offering it's own Stock Plans in the near future. Stock Plans will be plans previously drafted and offered at incredible rates. Stock Plans will be able to be offered with a 48 hr turn around after purchase. Changes to existing plans will be welcomed. Check back for more info on " Stock Plans" in June of 2023.
